Todd and I will be married 10 years this August. We live in Dry Creek, LA where Todd manages Dry Creek Baptist Camp and I teach 4th grade at East Beauregard Elementary. We have two children, Gracie who just turned 6 this summer and Andy age 4.
Gracie has been a joy since the day she was born. She's full of spunk and has the most amazing imagination. She is the perfect blend between her daddy and me. If a picture's worth a thousand words, then this picture perfectly describes our Gracie bug. She loves to do anything in the great outdoors just like Todd. But it's not unusual to see her fishing in her Cinderella gown, or in this case, charming the chickens in her sun dress and pink rubber boots.
Andy is all boy...and all country boy at that! He loves tractors, four-wheelers, lawn mowers; basically anything with a motor. Before he spoke his first word, Andy could make distinguishing sounds for different types of motors. If I had to describe Andy in one word, it would be "passionate". What he loves, he loves with all of his heart. As mentioned before, he loves any type of motorized transportation, he loves his lion (the poor stuffed animal he's had since he was 1 and has been through everything imaginable), and he loves his family. It is my most fervent prayer that one day, he love Jesus more passionately than anything or anyone else in his life.
